to open the popcart

1.  If shoulder strap is attached, place it on the logo side of the popcart before opening.
2.  With your left hand, lift the bag by the red carry handle.
3.  With your right hand, fully depress the red button and shake the bag to unfold the cart.
4.  Move the large red foam grip handle up and back untill you feel it "click" and lock in the open position.... ready to load.

to close the popcart

1.  Press the two red levers on the pull handle. Move the handle forward completely down into the bin opening.
2.  Tilt the cart forward until the bottom hinge starts to fold, then tilt it back and forth in a "Zig-Zag" motion to complete the folding process.
3.  Lift the folded cart, tuck in excess fabric and lock the upper red latch.
Then give the bag a hug to lock the bottom latch..... It is now a carry case.
